The undersigned manufacturer and marketing manager DreaminzZz – 9002 Allée Georges Alphandéry – 84140 Montfavet, declares that the product HYPNOS, model no. MSK-PRD-S2.X.Y firmware OTA-V4.1-FIRM-v3.X.Y-PIC450 where the letters X and Y simply designate minor evolutions that do not entail modifications to the directives test files, conforms :
- the regulatory provisions defined by the European Community,
- the following directives and harmonized standards:
- Standard NF EN 63471 (December 2008) on photobiological risk assessment of lamps and luminaires.
- IEC TR 62778 Edition 2 (July 2014) Application of IEC 62471 for the assessment light sources and luminaires.
- Standard EN 60950-1:2006+A11:2009+A1 :2010 +A12:2011 for the electrical safety of equipment with rechargeable batteries.
- Standard EN 300 328 V2.1.1 (2016-11) directive 2014/53/EU for radio equipment and data transmission, Bluetooth frequency, maximum power 0.61dbm or 1.15mW.
- Standard EN 62479:2010, EN 301 489-1 V2.2.0 : 2017, EN 301 489-17 : 2017 V3.2.0 for checking the electrical compatibility of equipment/radios, Bluetooth frequency, maximum power 0.61dbm or 1.15mW.
- ROHS 2002/95/EC standard indicating the absence of hazardous substances in the manufacture of electronic boards, and waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
- REACH regulation (1907/2006) guaranteeing the origin and control of chemical substances used, particularly in textile dyeing.
