Since I got the mask, I do one session per day – between 20’ and more than an hour – what a joy. I choose the type of session: stress management, falling asleep, calming, self-esteem or relaxation. In short, the programs are varied. I love the voice, the sounds and the visual effects. The design is great.

I use it when I’m napping or whenever I have intense pain and it’s very effective, I love it. For ulcer pain, there’s no medication that does it, the pain is very intense to an unimaginable level and since I’ve been using Hypnos I’ve been living again.

A friend had me try it and I loved it. I bought the mask right away. I received the activation code from the first purchase email. I received the mask very quickly. I tested several different sessions. I really like the sound and light duo (and even the vibration of the mask sometimes). Even when you have a thousand thoughts in your head, you easily enter a state of relaxation and/or light hypnosis. Before a slightly stressful or busy day, it relaxes you enormously and you start the day serenely.

Frankly, I am rather reluctant to use these objects, with generalized anxiety disorders in addition, this mask allows me to fall asleep very quickly! The voice that speaks to us is pleasant to listen to and we do not have the impression of being morons with a voice that speaks to us very slowly as we can see elsewhere.
The mask does not do massages strictly speaking (or I haven’t found the program yet) but emits very pleasant little vibrations between the 2 eyebrows 😊

I rarely leave reviews but I absolutely wanted to leave my first impression and congratulate and thank all the people whose brains helped invent this concept!
I just received the mask and I couldn’t wait to try it… amazing! I don’t know if the material will last or even if it will really be effective on me (I still sense its potential) but the content is so high quality that the discovery of the experience is incredible! I should point out that I discovered the app 1 year ago, which I got tired of after a few tries. But with the mask and access to all the content, it changes EVERYTHING!
