I use it when I’m napping or whenever I have intense pain and it’s very effective, I love it. For ulcer pain, there’s no medication that does it, the pain is very intense to an unimaginable level and since I’ve been using Hypnos I’ve been living again.

A friend had me try it and I loved it. I bought the mask right away. I received the activation code from the first purchase email. I received the mask very quickly. I tested several different sessions. I really like the sound and light duo (and even the vibration of the mask sometimes). Even when you have a thousand thoughts in your head, you easily enter a state of relaxation and/or light hypnosis. Before a slightly stressful or busy day, it relaxes you enormously and you start the day serenely.

Frankly, I am rather reluctant to use these objects, with generalized anxiety disorders in addition, this mask allows me to fall asleep very quickly! The voice that speaks to us is pleasant to listen to and we do not have the impression of being morons with a voice that speaks to us very slowly as we can see elsewhere.
The mask does not do massages strictly speaking (or I haven’t found the program yet) but emits very pleasant little vibrations between the 2 eyebrows 😊

I rarely leave reviews but I absolutely wanted to leave my first impression and congratulate and thank all the people whose brains helped invent this concept!
I just received the mask and I couldn’t wait to try it… amazing! I don’t know if the material will last or even if it will really be effective on me (I still sense its potential) but the content is so high quality that the discovery of the experience is incredible! I should point out that I discovered the app 1 year ago, which I got tired of after a few tries. But with the mask and access to all the content, it changes EVERYTHING!

1. Where to download the HYPNOS app?

The HYPNOS application is available on iOS and Android smartphones. You can download it from your AppStore but also from the PlayStore.

Today we offer 2 subscriptions: STANDARD – FAMILY
STANDARD 1-month subscription : Enjoy all the programs and their content unlimited for 1 month! You will be able to achieve all the goals you have set for yourself. Price: €7.99
STANDARD 3-month subscription : Enjoy all programs and their content unlimited for 3 months! You will be able to achieve all the goals you have set for yourself. Price: €19.99
STANDARD 6-month subscription : Enjoy all programs and their content unlimited for 6 months! You will be able to achieve all the goals you have set for yourself. Price: €29.99

3. What are the programs for?

The “PROGRAMS” support you according to your objectives: weight loss, pain management, insomnia, stress management, and many more.

By clicking on the “PROGRAMS” tab you have the possibility to select the coaching that suits you the most. These programs correspond to coachings that are there to support you, day after day, in order to stay motivated and to use our content optimally.

Click on your program and carefully follow the steps provided (which adapt to your profile).

WARNING: To access these “PROGRAMS”, you must subscribe to a “paid” subscription.

4. Can we test the programs for free?

Afin de vous donner un avant goût des “programmes”, nous vous proposons certains programmes en “découverte”, des programmes gratuits. Ces programmes sont en libre accès, pas besoin d’abonnement payant.

Tous les programmes grisés avec un filtre “caddie” sont des programmes qui nécessitent un abonnement payant.

Attention : les contenus que vous découvrez durant le programme découverte ne seront pas débloqués dans la partie “contenus”.

5. What are the contents for?

Dans cette nouvelle application HYPNOS vous pouvez découvrir un onglet “CONTENUS”.
Dans cet onglet, vous allez retrouver tous les contenus que nous proposons et qui constituent les programmes.
– des sessions d’hypnose (comme sur notre ancienne application)
– des exercices
– des conversations (qui aident à personnaliser les programmes)
– des coups de pouce
– des audios

Dans cette nouvelle application HYPNOS, nous essayons de diversifier au maximum nos contenus.

6. Do I need to have internet to use the app?

Pour pouvoir utiliser les “PROGRAMMES” proposés dans votre application, vous devez avoir une connexion internet (WIFI ou 3G/4G). Ensuite, pour écouter les “CONTENUS”, vous avez besoin d’internet pour pouvoir accéder à la bibliothèque. Mais une fois que vous avez téléchargé le contenu de votre choix, vous pouvez le retrouver dans les éléments téléchargés sans avoir une connexion internet.

Pour accéder aux “Contenus” téléchargés, je vous invite à cliquer sur l’icône en forme de “nuage” qui se situe en haut à droite de votre écran.

Usage

1. Why do I have a shopping cart on some programs?

Lorsque vous voyez un programme avec un petit caddie sur un fond gris, cela signifie que le programme exige un “Abonnement payant” pour pouvoir être écouté.
Nous avons laissé quelques programmes gratuits, en libre accès pour vous donner une idée des programmes. Mais pour accéder aux autres programmes (ceux avec le caddie), il faut souscrire à un abonnement payant.

2. I have padlocks on my hypnosis sessions. Why?

Les sessions d’hypnose sont bloquées par des cadenas. Pour pouvoir déverrouiller ces sessions d’hypnose :

– soit vous possédez un masque HYPNOS et dans ce cas, à la 1ère connexion de votre masque toute la bibliothèque sera de nouveau disponible.
– soit vous souscrivez à un abonnement payant, qui vous donnera accès aux sessions d’hypnose qui se trouvent dans les programmes que vous aurez réalisés.

Les sessions seront débloquées au fur et à mesure qu’elles seront réalisées dans vos programmes.
ATTENTION : Si vous ne possédez ni masque, ni abonnement, vous ne pourrez pas profiter des sessions d’hypnose.

3. Where can I buy a subscription?

Les abonnements HYPNOS sont disponibles directement dans notre application mobile dans l’onglet “PROFIL” en cliquant sur le panier (boutique).
Vous pourrez directement souscrire à votre abonnement.

4. Is the renewal of a HYPNOS subscription automatic?

Lorsque vous souscrivez à un “abonnement” (STANDARD ou FAMILLE) sur notre application mobile HYPNOS comme sur notre site internet, sachez que le renouvèlement est automatique à la fin de la période choisie.

Je vous invite donc à faire attention lorsque votre abonnement arrive à son terme. Vous pouvez le stopper avant qu’il ne se renouvelle (jusqu’à 24h avant).
